CA-BIT: A Change Detection Method of Land Use in Natural Reserves

چکیده

Natural reserves play a leading role in safeguarding national ecological security. Remote sensing change detection (CD) technology can identify the dynamic changes of land use and warn risks natural timely manner, which provide technical support for management reserves. We propose CD method (CA-BIT) based on improved bitemporal image transformer (BIT) model to realize remote data Anhui Reserves 2018 2021. Resnet34-CA is constructed through combination Resnet34 coordinate attention mechanism effectively extract high-level semantic features. The BIT module also used efficiently enhance original Compared with overall accuracy existing deep learning-based methods, that CA-BIT 98.34% protected area datasets 99.05% LEVIR_CD. Our satisfy need different categories such as construction land, farmland, forest land.
